"Preparing for our son's graduation party and needed to rent tables and chairs. When I reserved them, I noticed a charge for the rental companies' insurance coverage on rental items and thought, do I really need to pay that ridiculous fee? Called Jill's State farm office and Kaytlyn was able to send out a "certificate of liability" stating we were cover! Saved us a $100 and even emailed to the rental company! NO CHARGE!!
